Ever cursed those pimples that popped into your face? In my case right now, yes! definitely yes! I am having breakouts lately and I do not even know the reason of these bums on my face. I have been using some products on my face specifically for pimples but nothing seems to work as of the moment.
Here is my bare face as of now. There are some pimples (painful) popping out of my face.It is somehow very visible in personal than in the pictures actually.
I researched and then I found out some ways that I can solve my problem by just opening our refrigerator or by just jamming down the kitchen. So today I will share some of these to you because I know that having breakouts is one of the worst nightmares a woman can experience.
1.LEMON
This works wonders not only for the current pimples that you have but also for the pimple scars also based on my research. Lemon juice can fight inflammation and has this antibacterial property also. I am using the lemon juice as a toner. After washing my face with my facial cleanser, I dip a cotton ball onto my lemon juice and then apply it on my face. I let it on my face to be absorbed for 15 mins and wash with warm water. you may then use a facial mask and in my case I used honey. Do this once every three days (I saw some who does this everyday but I think it would be harsh to do that since the acidity from the lemon is somehow scary to our delicate skin and might irritate it if done in a daily basis)
2.HONEY
Honey has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties that would be of great remedy for pimples. In most health treatments, honey is used to treat Propionibacterium acnes which is the one responsible for acne. If you can find MANUKA HONEY, it would be the best. In my case since I cannot find one here in my place, just used the natural honey that you can buy in your local market because they still have the same properties. I applied honey alone on my face once every three days after using the lemon juice (it is my second time today) as a face mask. Massage your face gently in an outward motion while applying the honey to promote circulation and to relax the muscles on your face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with cold water.
3. TOMATO
Lycopeine is the first word that came into my mind upon knowing that this fruit can work wonders on my face. Tomato can hep remove excess oil on your face and is very suitable for people who is having some oil control problem like me. One of the causes of pimples are over secretion of oil and clogged pores. In my case I used it with sugar (refined sugar) and use it as a face scrub. This might sound harsh to you but it would work just fine as long as you do it gently. Slice the tomato into half. dip the fleshy part of the tomato to the sugar and apply it to your face gently in a circular motion. After covering the face with sugar and tomato juice leave it for 15 minutes and wash with cold water. Do this once a week or once every two weeks.
I am doing this now and I am on my 6th day. I will continue doing this natural care for my face for 1 month and I will post a blog regarding the results. Anyways, there is no harm in trying these since they are natural methods but if you have a sensitive skin it is better to consult your dermatologist before trying these.
Just a quick tip: "beauty is achieved best in a natural way"
